As your Excellency does not understand this, will reap the storm of bad governance and the process suffered by the Bolivian people.

THIS COUNTRY NEEDS A CHANGE PROCESS OF TRUE CHANGE TO IMPROVE . All Bolivian people want to live well, this is a universal aspiration and not just an empty slogan media, as that currently applied in Bolivia.
