() Notice .- TODAY COMMEMORATE 132 YEARS SINCE HIS LOST SEA BOLIVIA (El Mundo 3/11/1923) March 23 commemorates the death of Colonel Eduardo Abaroa and many other soldiers, the hero of the Pacific War faced 132 years ago, where the Bolivian troops confronted the Chilean army. I am quite sure that both Chilean and Peruvian understand the urgent need for us an outlet to the sea (Peru and gave us the port of Ilo), and who understands that a person needs legs to walk.
