Get involved in politics because the politics and get involved. Politicians manage our lives, we are actors, not spectators. Nothing to be done, however small, is irrelevant. The sum of our individual efforts is an unstoppable whirlwind. Jimmy Ortiz Saucedo

THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY, HUMAN RIGHTS
() News .- UN CALLS ON GOVERNMENT TO END TORTURE BOLIVIA (El Mundo 03/11/1924) .- The eradication of torture is one of the recommendations made by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, the report its annual Office in Bolivia, presented yesterday in Geneva. Urges "ministers of Interior and Defense to adopt measures to eradicate the use of excessive force, torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment by law enforcement," says the report, discussed at the Council UN Human Rights.
() Comment: THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY, HUMAN RIGHTS. American Democratic Charter is expressed with clarity in its third article:
Article 3 .- The essential elements of representative democracy, inter alia, RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS and fundamental freedoms, access to power and exercise with the rule of law, the holding of periodic, free and fair elections based on universal suffrage and secret balloting as an expression of the sovereignty of the people, the pluralistic system of political parties and organizations, and the separation and independence of powers public.
The national government accuses the UN of violating human rights. More specifically accuses the ailing and Ministry of Government Sacha Llorenti, recently battered by the arrest of narco-general Panama. Said that Bolivia is "excessive use of force, torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment by law enforcement."
this charge of UN is a national disgrace. At least it is in a fairly civilized country.
THE GOVERNMENT OF PRESIDENT MORALES not been characterized precisely by being RESPECTFUL OF HUMAN RIGHTS . We all know that nationally. It is a truism. The aggravating factor is that today is being exhaustively recognized by the international community, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Ms Navi Pillay.
We must remember that it is not the first time Bolivia is pointed to by this heinous international crime. Bolivia had 78 "observations" of 53 countries for our HR in Universal Periodic Review of the UN ( Duty 10 June 1910). Criticism of Human Rights persisted at the visit of the High Commissioner for UN Human Rights, Ms. Navanethem Pillay, in November 2010.
MULTIREINCIDENTE IN BOLIVIA IS THE VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
It is time that President Morales revise their methods. To stop these violations that we further discredit the eyes of the world body. With these international warnings Bolivians black listed as a country troglodyte.
PRESIDENT MORALES, PUT YOUR ORDER IN GOVERNMENT . Change your worst minister, yesterday shamed with General Sanabria and today I am ashamed to violation of human rights of its citizens.
President Morales to ensure respect for Human Rights, we are possible in the XXI century torture and fascist methods
