Given the apparent lack of political will to tackle drug trafficking, the respective authorities, suggests new MAKING OF A "DRUG SUMMIT IN SANTA CRUZ" . I argue that it is done by all the departmental authorities were elected by popular vote, with the addition of the Moral Government of Santa Cruz, our CPSC.
These authorities have the mandate given to democracy, seek the welfare of people of Santa Cruz. This means safeguarding their dignity, life and preserve public morals.
suggest that they are invited to this summit, the ambassadors from affected countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, the United States, the European Economic Community and others. That autonomy
help us, at least, to launch a cry of dignity of a people to the world. SANTA CRUZ IS NOT A LAND OF drug traffickers. Santa Cruz does not want to Ciudad Juarez, La Cruz de Santa Cruz combined with this dirty business.
