RESOLVE:

I) Provide for the prohibition of entry of new detainees to the establishment of Penal Execution No. 2 General rock for 30 days or until the total number of inmates was reduced to 250.

II) communicate this decision to the Superior Court of Justice, the Attorney General and the President of the Provincial Legislature to notify this to the corresponding committees.

III) Report this resolution to the Superintendent of the Criminal Courts of the Second and Fourth constituency and all criminal courts in those districts and request that they report to this court any discharge to occur within the next 30 days.

IV) Report of the Executive and submitted to:

a) Order that the peremptory period of 5 calendar days to develop a food plan for internal Penal Establishment No. 2 General Roca that will reflect the special diets.

b) In the same period must submit a plan for effectively financing the food supply until March 2011.

c) Within 20 days calendar should prepare a specific report on the actual number of seats each of the detention units in the province of Black River, discriminating between tried and convicted and the state of occupancy of these spaces.

d) In the same period to develop a plan to relocate inmates who exceed the quota of the Prison General Roca.

e) must accompany the cars present a technical program and financial investment and expenditure with corresponding budget estimates to renovate the local jail. This program should be included in the budget submitted to the legislature for the period 2011 and with an implementation period not exceeding 24 months.
